About the roleIn this role, you will: Prepare the Proposals/PQ and Tender submission within Pre-Contracts /Business Development & Estimating function for Internal & External ClientsPrepare Pre-Qualification, Tender, Post Tender Submission, documents, administration work and requirements as per request by ClientResponsible for uploading, copying and recording all Proposal and Tender documents to be distributed to Tender team and other relevant Departments as requiredManage the Tendering progress, including working together with other Departments, to ensure Tender is submitted on timeAdminister all correspondences & documents (hard copy and electronic) incoming & outgoing from and to Client related to Estimating and TenderingManage document control for Tender documents, Tender review, Tender minute of meeting, Contract documents, transmittal advice, and other documents (hard copy and electronic), incoming & outgoing from and to Client related to Estimating and TenderingPrepare and maintain tender files (hard copy and electronic), in accordance with the Thiess Governance System (TGS)Manage Salesforce database and ensure all information are captured and updated in that systemAssist in processing invoices relevant to Pre-Contracts Department, including cost of consultants, exhibitions/events, suppliers and expense report; raise Order Requisition (OR) and responsible for administrationGenerate reports in/from Salesforce (NWFR - New Work Forecast Report, Monthly Work Winning Report, etc.) as requiredAssist to prepare / review the Pre-Contracts Department Job Cost Report as requiredManage OR/OP in JDE for Pre-Contracts purposes as required About you Min Bachelor Degree in any major, with more than 4 years as contract administrator or similar roleOrganization skills and attention to detailComputer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Presentation skillsResearch & analytical skillsNetworking skillsKnowledge and experiences in Mining Services scope and activitiesProposal and Tender process knowledge (Market & Client knowledge)
